Mechanical rock handling
Rock handling Grabs and Block clamps from DCC are specially developed and designed to safely position large rocks or blocks at the precise place required. Teeth of the rock handling Grabs turn independently providing a simple solution to lift large rocks. Rock handling Grabs and block clamps can be delivered in two rope or four rope executions.
Rock handling Grabs can be supplied from 3 - 30 tons.
Type MST - 3 - 6 for rocks of 3 - 6 tons
Type MST - 6 - 12 for rocks of 6 - 12 tons
Type MST - 12 - 12 for rocks of 12 - 20 tons
Type MST - 20 - 30 for rocks of 20 - 30 tons
Block clamps are available in various executions. Customers are requested to provide the dimensions of the blocks to be shifted, and DCC will provide a suitable clamp.
